Kuruluş: Osman (Establishment: Osman) is a Turkish historical drama television series, created by Mehmet Bozdağ. It focuses on the life of Osman I, founder of the Ottoman Empire. It is the sequel to Diriliş: Ertuğrul, which was centered around the life of Ertuğrul, father of Osman. In the series, Osman is portrayed by Turkish actor Burak Özçivit. 

This series is created by Mehmet Bozdag (2020). The show is famous in Turkey & abroad particularly Pakistan and Azerbaijan but also has been banned in Arab countries and Fatawa has been issued against this show.

Osman’s internal and external struggles and how he establishes and controls the Ottoman Dynasty. It portrays his struggles against Byzantium and the Mongols and how he was able to secure independence from the Sultanate of Rum in order to establish a sovereign state that would stand up to the Byzantine and Mongol Empires and would honor the Turks. The show also gives an insight into the personal lives of the Founding Oghuz Turks and their journey to establishing a sultanate. The character of Osman faces many enemies and traitors in his quest and the show illustrates how he was able to overcome these obstacles and fulfill his mission with the help of his loyal companions, family.

Dirilis: Ertugrul (Resurrection: Ertugrul) is a Turkish historical fiction and adventure television series created by Mehmet Bozdağ, starring Engin Altan Düzyatan in the title role. It was filmed in Riva, a village in the Beykoz district of Istanbul, Turkey, and premiered on TRT in Turkey on 10 December 2014. The show is set in 13th century and centers around the life of Ertugrul, the father of Osman Ghazi, who was the founder of the Ottoman Empire.
